HOW TO MAKE AND TOFU SHICHIMIYAKI GYUNIKU
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 grams of tofu
- 80 grams of beef rib meat, sliced
- 50 grams of sliced scallions
- 5 grams tonggarashi (dried chili powder)
- 10 ml of sake (a Japanese liquor)
- 10 ml soyu (kikoman soy sauce)
- 10 ml mirin (*)
- 10 grams Dasinomoto (typical Japanese seasoning broth)
HOW TO MAKE AND TOFU GYUNIKU SHICHIMIYAKI:
- 1. Tofu cut into 6 parts, and then baked on a pan (frying pan) with a seasoning mixture of sake, soyu, mirin, dasinomoto, tonggarashi, and sliced scallions. Stir for a moment and allow it to mature.
- 2. Remove and serve on a hot plate.
