HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- - 3 ounces of white rice
- - 2 ounces of peeled shrimp, leaving tails
- - 1 tablespoon butter / margarine
- - 1 leek
- - 1 piece of red chili, seeded and thinly sliced
- - 1/2 ounces of raisins for topping
- - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- - 2 slung cooking oil
- - 2 slung garlic, finely chopped
- - 5 pieces chili pepper, chopped if desired
- - 2 tablespoons fried shallots

HOW TO TREATING MATERIALS:
