HOW TO MAKE AND TOFU SHICHIMIYAKI GYUNIKU

TOFU SHICHIMIYAKIINGREDIENTS:
  • 300 grams of tofu
  • 80 grams of beef rib meat, sliced
  • 50 grams of sliced ​​scallions
  • 5 grams tonggarashi (dried chili powder)
  • 10 ml of sake (a Japanese liquor)
  • 10 ml soyu (kikoman soy sauce)
  • 10 ml mirin (*)
  • 10 grams Dasinomoto (typical Japanese seasoning broth)


HOW TO MAKE AND TOFU GYUNIKU SHICHIMIYAKI:


  • 1. Tofu cut into 6 parts, and then baked on a pan (frying pan) with a seasoning mixture of sake, soyu, mirin, dasinomoto, tonggarashi, and sliced ​​scallions. Stir for a moment and allow it to mature.
  • 2. Remove and serve on a hot plate.
