HOW TO MAKE JUAN LO


MATERIALS: 

  • 1500 ml broth 
  • 400 grams of meat has in, iristipis-thin 
  • 200 grams of squid, cut into flower 
  • 100 g carrots, cut into round 
  • 3 leeks, cut into oblique 
  • 2 eggs, pancakes, rolls, sliced ​​thin 
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed 
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 
  • 1.5 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • 75 gr fried cashew nuts, for topping 

Sesame Sauce: 

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil 
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp of boiled water 
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 1 tsp sugar 

HOW TO MAKE JUAN LO:
1. Boil the meat, add pepper, ginger, salt, and garlic.
2. Once the meat is tender, lift the meat, strain the broth.
3. Boil broth and meat, put squid, carrot, and leek.
4. Cook until cooked carrots.
Sesame Sauce:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Stir until thick.
2. Prepare a serving bowl. Enter the hot soup.
Sprinkle omelet and fried cashews and sesame sauce.
Portion: for 6 people
