How To Make Kakiage Don

Kakiage Don

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 400 grams of rice fluffier warm 

FRIED VEGETABLES: 
  • 100 grams of carrots, cut into pieces 
  • 100 grams of cabbage leaves, sliced 
  • 75 grams of bean sprouts 
  • 1 leek, sliced 
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced 

STIR AVERAGE: 
  • 100 grams of wheat flour 
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 200 ml of water 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 clove garlic, grated 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Shoyu sauce, cook together: 
  • 150 ml Japanese soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • Mairena 1 tsp flour, dissolved in a little water 

HOW TO MAKE FRIED VEGETABLES: 
  • Mixed vegetables and flour dough hinga average. 
  • Fry heaping spoonful after spoonful until golden brown and dry. 

Remove and drain. 
PRESENTATION:
